Palash is a two-bedroom cottage at Wildflower Farmstay, set up for the sort of stay where nobody needs to rush out after breakfast. The garden gives everyone a place to spread out, while the balcony is good for a quieter cup of coffee or a few pages of a book. Inside, the kitchen and dining table make shared meals easy, whether you are making tea between plans or cooking a proper dinner.
This is a home-shaped stay for up to eight people: families with children, two couples, or friends who are happy to divide the chopping and take turns at the coffee maker. Bring something for the BBQ, put out the board games, and let the evening run at its own pace. It is a farmstay, not a sealed city apartment; the outdoors are part of the day here.

As the light drops, the outdoor dining area and BBQ become the natural centre of the house. Keep dinner simple, bring a layer for later, and move indoors for board games if the air turns cool.

Next morning
The kettle and coffee maker get the first shift, followed by breakfast at the dining table or outside in the garden. Room-darkening blinds mean the rest of the group can take their time getting started.
11:00
Departure
Check-out is at 11:00, so the final morning is for one last coffee, packing up, and making sure the kitchen is in order. Most groups leave wishing they had saved another evening for the BBQ.

We took on Palash because it feels most useful when people actually use the whole house, not just the bedrooms. Make breakfast at the dining table, take your coffee to the balcony, and keep one evening aside for the BBQ. We also ask guests to treat it as they would a home, because it is one.

Koshimbale sits in Maharashtra's quieter, greener side, where the road slows as it reaches village land and farm plots. Days here tend to begin with birds, passing local traffic, and the practical rhythm of homes nearby rather than city noise. Karjat-side outings are within driving range if you want them, but Palash works just as well when the plan is to stay put, cook together, and use the garden.
