What has been cut to get the price down?
Size and distance, mostly — these are smaller houses, or further out, than the ones at the top of the range. What has not been cut is anything hidden: same all-in pricing, same cancellation terms, same team on the phone. If a house on this page has a limitation worth knowing about, it is in the listing rather than in a footnote.
Is under ₹20,000 the real total?
It is the nightly total, all in — tariff, GST and the 5% booking fee included, which is the figure shown on every card here. A weekend night, an extra guest beyond the base occupancy or a meal plan will move it; the booking page shows the exact number for your dates before you pay anything.
Is it cheaper on a weekday?
Usually, yes. Most of these houses price Friday and Saturday nights above the rest of the week, and none of them price a weekday higher. If your dates are flexible, shifting a night either side of the weekend is the single easiest way to bring the total down.
What happens if we have to cancel?
Cancel seven or more days before check-in and you get back everything you paid. Between three and seven days it is half. Inside three days the booking is non-refundable. Refunds go to the card or account you paid from and usually land within five to seven working days.
Who actually runs these houses?
We do. Hostizzy manages every home on this page ourselves — the same team handles the listing, the booking and the caretaker on site. That is the practical difference from a listings site: if something is wrong at eleven at night, there is one number to call and it reaches the people who can fix it.
