Can we get a GST invoice in the company's name?
Yes. Give us your company's GST details and we raise the invoice against them, so the stay is claimable. GST is on the booking either way — this is about whose name the invoice carries.
Is it cheaper on a weekday?
Usually, yes. Most of these houses price Friday and Saturday nights above the rest of the week, and none of them price a weekday higher. If your dates are flexible, shifting a night either side of the weekend is the single easiest way to bring the total down.
Do we get the whole house?
Yes. Every booking here is the entire property — you are not sharing it with another group, and there is no reception, no other guests and no fixed meal sitting to work around.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Every nightly rate on this page is all in — the tariff, GST and our 5% booking fee are already inside the number. There is no cleaning fee, no service fee and no pet fee waiting at checkout. Meals, where a house offers them, are quoted separately because they are a separate thing you can say no to.
What happens if we have to cancel?
Cancel seven or more days before check-in and you get back everything you paid. Between three and seven days it is half. Inside three days the booking is non-refundable. Refunds go to the card or account you paid from and usually land within five to seven working days.
