How do stamps and Reward Stays work?
Every completed stay — a Trip Card pick or any Hostizzy home — earns one stamp after checkout. Collect 10 stamps and we unlock a free Reward Night worth up to ₹10,000 in property rate; choose a pricier home and you simply pay the difference. Message us on WhatsApp to book your Reward Night.
Can I skip a Trip Card?
Absolutely. Trip Cards are recommendations, not obligations. Skip it, ask for an alternative, or just browse on your own. No penalties, no pressure.
Is the 5% discount on top of listed prices?
The discount applies to room charges at checkout, automatically — no code needed. When a promo code is also in play, the larger of the two applies (they don’t stack), so you always get the best available price.
What happens when my Passport expires?
Your stamps and memories stay forever. Unredeemed Reward Stays expire with your membership. You can renew anytime to keep the benefits going.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't made any bookings. After that, the membership is non-refundable but transferable to someone else.
