— The story

A house with its own rhythm.

We shaped Mulberry Farms as a full-house farmstay for groups who want space to spread out without leaving the city behind entirely. It sits in a quieter part of Gurugram, with a garden, open terrace, and a house built around long indoor-outdoor days. The pool and jacuzzi became the center of the plan early on. So did the barbecue corner and the big shared areas. We kept the setup simple and useful: air-conditioned rooms, power backup, housekeeping, and enough parking for everyone to arrive without fuss.

The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, which makes it easy for a group of up to 14 to settle in without negotiating too much. It works well for extended families, old friends, and mixed-age groups because each bedroom gives you a clear private base, while the common spaces do the rest of the work. If you like quiet, pick one of the rooms away from the pool side and use the terrace in the morning as your own corner. If you are the ones who stay up talking, take the room closest to the main sitting areas so the day can stretch naturally. There is wifi and workspace support too, so one room can just as easily become a catch-up spot for calls and laptops.

We built the plan around the pool, the jacuzzi, and the barbecue corner.

The rhythm here is easy to read. Mornings start in the garden, or beside the pool before the day warms up. Afternoons move indoors under the AC, then back outside for a swim, a soak in the jacuzzi, or a slow meal if you have arranged half-board or full-board dining. By evening, the house turns social. The barbecue comes on, the terrace gets used, and the fireplace makes sense in cooler weather. This is a place that suits unhurried stays, celebrations that do not need a ballroom, and weekends where the plan is mostly to be together.

We usually see this house work best for reunions, birthday weekends, family gatherings, and friend groups that want one address instead of several hotel rooms. It also suits small pre-wedding stays, team off-sites that need privacy, and guests bringing pets along for the trip. Couples can book it too, but you will feel the house best when you fill it with a proper group. If that sounds like your kind of stay, we think you will settle in quickly here.

— A day here

A stay at Mulberry Farms - Luxe Farmstay w/Pool + Jacuzzi.

07:00Morning
Mornings usually begin on the terrace or in the garden, with the house still quiet and the air cooler. The pool sits right there if someone wants an early swim, though it can feel cold in winter.
14:00Afternoon
By afternoon, most groups split between the pool, the shaded seating areas, and the air-conditioned bedrooms. This is also when the barbecue corner starts looking useful if you are staying in for lunch or a late start to the day.
20:00Evening
Evenings tend to gather around the living room, the terrace, or the jacuzzi once the sun drops. Dusk can bring mosquitoes in the garden, so people usually move inside or keep repellent close.
— Best for

This house works for…

  • Large family stays work well here because five bedrooms and five bathrooms give everyone a clear base without crowding the shared areas.
  • Old friends’ weekends fit the house well, especially if the plan is pool time, long meals, and late conversation on the terrace.
  • Mixed-age groups have enough room to spread out, with air-conditioned bedrooms for quiet breaks and a garden for the more active ones.
  • Small celebrations feel manageable here when you want a private house, a barbecue corner, and outdoor space without booking a venue.
  • Pet-friendly group trips make sense at Mulberry Farms, since the garden and open areas give pets room to move around.
  • Work-from-villa stays are practical if a few people need workspace while the rest of the group uses the pool and lawn.
— Worth knowing

Honest notes from the team.

  • The pool can feel cold in winter, especially in the morning and after sunset.
  • Mosquitoes show up around dusk in the garden and terrace areas, so repellents help.
  • The house sits in a quieter part of Gurugram, but it still feels like a city-edge farmstay rather than a remote country property.
  • Security cameras are installed on the property, which is worth knowing if you prefer a fully private setup.
  • Power backup is in place, but like most homes, a brief switch-over can happen during outages.
  • The layout is built for groups, so the common areas feel lively when everyone is in residence.

— Where you are

Gurugram, Haryana.

Exact location shared after booking.

📍 Gurugram, Haryana

Mulberry Farms sits in a quieter pocket of Gurugram, where the roads open up a little and the pace drops from office-hour traffic to residential calm. It still stays close enough to the city for an easy drive in, but the house itself feels set up for long indoor-outdoor days, with more garden and terrace than street noise. You get the sense of being on the edge of town rather than far away from it.

— Worth a visit

Nearby, when you're up for it.

Aravalli Biodiversity Park
25-35 min · car

A good place to get a feel for the native Aravalli landscape without going far from Gurugram. The walking trails and scrubby green cover make a clear change from the city roads.

Cyber Hub
30-40 min · car

A familiar stop for dinner or drinks if the group wants to eat out one night. It stays busy and loud, which is part of the point.

Sultanpur National Park
35-45 min · car

Known for birdwatching, especially in season when the wetlands hold more life. It works well for an early outing before heading back to the pool.

Ambience Mall, Gurugram
30-40 min · car

Useful if you need shopping, a meal, or a quick errand run on the way in or out. It is a straightforward city mall with plenty of foot traffic.
