A three-bedroom Mussoorie villa with a fireplace, BBQ, and room for eleven.
A person on our team answers — we manage every home ourselves.
Before it went live, a Hostizzy team member visited, checked ownership, photographed every space, tested the systems, and met the staff.
“We keep the fireplace, kitchen, and outdoor table at the heart of the plan.”
A few moments, in the order they tend to happen.

You arrive from the hill roads and let yourselves in at your own pace. Start with a walk through the three bedrooms, put bags down, and get the kettle or a simple snack going in the kitchen.

As Mussoorie cools down, the fireplace becomes the obvious place to gather. If the weather is clear, take dinner to the outdoor table and use the BBQ; if not, keep it indoors and close to the warmth.

Mornings work well without a fixed schedule here. Someone makes breakfast in the kitchen, someone opens a laptop at the workspace, and the rest of the group slowly finds its way to the table.

Pack up by 11:00, allowing a little extra time for a group of eleven to get organised. Most guests leave wishing they had kept one more evening free for the fireplace and a longer BBQ dinner.
One of the villa's three private bedrooms, forming part of the sleeping arrangement for up to eleven guests.
A second private bedroom in the three-bedroom layout, with the house's heating and air-conditioning available for changing hill temperatures.
The third bedroom helps the home accommodate a larger family or friends' group under one roof.
Three bathrooms provide a practical one-bathroom-per-bedroom arrangement, with hot water, towels, a hairdryer, and essentials.
The kitchen includes cooking basics, an iron, and the space to make breakfast or put together a full group meal.
A dedicated work area with Wi-Fi gives calls and laptop time a place away from the shared meal setup.
The fireplace gives the group a warm indoor gathering point when Mussoorie evenings turn cold.
An outdoor dining area with a BBQ is set up for long dinners when the weather is clear enough to stay outside.
The day can begin with coffee from the kitchen and no reason to leave the house quickly. When the hill weather holds, the outdoor dining area gives everyone a place to linger.
With three bedrooms for a group of up to eleven, this is a house made for shared plans. Dinner moves from the BBQ to the table, while the fireplace gives the evening a natural meeting point.
The kitchen has the basics for proper meals, and the washer and tumble dryer help on longer stays. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace mean a work call does not have to take over the whole house.
We took Villa Eleven on because it suits the way groups actually travel in the hills: some people want to cook, some need a quiet corner to work, and everyone gathers once the evening gets cold. We always tell guests to make the fireplace and outdoor table part of the plan, but to keep an eye on the weather.
Villa Eleven sits in Mussoorie, where steep roads, pine-lined stretches, and busy little market pockets all sit close together. The pace changes through the day: mornings are quieter, while the central roads and Mall Road grow busier later on. It is a hill town, so getting around takes longer than a map may suggest, especially on weekends and in mist or rain. Keep one unplanned afternoon for simply staying in.
