If Something Is Wrong
If Something Is Wrong
While you are there — tell us now, not in the review
WhatsApp +91 95604 93700. Or call +91 95604 94001, 9am to 9pm. Or the caretaker, whose number is on your trip page and who is standing in the building.
This matters more than it sounds. A geyser that is not heating, an air conditioner that is not cooling, a pool that was not cleaned, a Wi-Fi router that needs a restart — most of it is fixable the same day if we know. None of it is fixable after you have gone home and written about it. We manage these homes ourselves, so there is no owner for us to relay your message to and wait on.
Something urgent or unsafe
Call, do not message: +91 95604 94001. A gas leak, an electrical fault, a break-in, a medical emergency, anything that makes the house unsafe. For fire, police or ambulance dial 112 first, then call us.
The house is not what the listing said
Tell us straight away and be specific — a photo helps. If a home genuinely cannot deliver what you booked, that is ours to make right: fixing it, moving you, or refunding you, in that order of preference. The cancellation policy is not the relevant document when the shortfall is on our side.
If something breaks
Things break in houses, and normal wear is not something we charge guests for. Tell the caretaker so the next guests do not find it. Genuine damage beyond that gets discussed with you directly, with photographs, not deducted from something silently.
After your stay
Still unresolved when you get home? WhatsApp us with your booking reference and what happened. And do write the review — but write it as well as telling us, not instead.
If you are not getting anywhere
Say so, in the same thread, and ask for it to be escalated. A complaint that has been bounced around is a worse failure than the original problem.
