Your Bookings, In One Place
Your bookings holds every stay you have booked with us, upcoming and past.
What each booking shows you
- the home, the dates and the guest count
- your booking reference
- what you paid and anything still outstanding
- a payment link, if there is a balance
- your GST invoice
- a link to your trip page, once you are close to travelling
Getting to it
Sign in with the phone number, Google account or email you booked with. If you checked out as a guest without making an account, signing in later with the same phone number brings those bookings with you — they are matched on the number, so use the one you gave at checkout.
Your trip page
Closer to your dates, each booking gets its own trip page with the address, directions, the caretaker's number, timings and house rules. That is the page to use while you are travelling — see your trip in your pocket.
Changing something
Dates, guest count, a name spelling, adding meals — WhatsApp +91 95604 93700 with your reference. There is no self-service edit, because most changes need the house to confirm they can absorb them, and a button that promised otherwise would be lying to you.
After you get home
Past bookings stay in your account with their invoices. You will also get an invitation to review the home, which goes into your reviews — and if you are a Passport member, a stamp lands against the completed stay.
