Every confirmed booking gets its own trip page. We send you the link, and it is the one thing worth having open while you travel.

What is on it

the exact address, with a map and driving directions
the caretaker's phone number
your check-in and check-out times
the house rules for that home
what you asked for in special requests, so you can see we have it
your booking reference and what has been paid
a payment link if there is a balance
meals, if you added them

Why not just screenshot the confirmation

Because the trip page changes when the trip does. A caretaker's number that changed, a gate code, a revised arrival time, a road closed by rain and a different route in — all of that reaches the page. A screenshot from three weeks ago does not, and you will be looking at it in a spot with one bar of signal.

It works without signing in

The link is the key — open it and you are in, no password. Which also means treat it like a key: it has your address and arrival details on it, so share it with the people you are travelling with and not more widely.

Share it with your group

Send the link to everyone coming. Then the directions and the caretaker's number are not sitting only on the phone of whoever happened to book.
