Changing Dates or Guest Count

Ask before you cancel

If your plans have shifted rather than fallen apart, a change is almost always better for you than cancelling and rebooking. WhatsApp +91 95604 93700 with your booking reference and what you need.

Moving the dates

We can usually move a booking if the home is free on the new dates and you ask with reasonable notice. Two things to know:

  • The price follows the dates. Moving from midweek in August to a long weekend in December costs more, and you pay the difference. Moving the other way, the difference comes back to you.
  • Notice matters. Ten days out is easy. The night before is not, and at that point the cancellation policy is the more relevant document.

Changing the guest count

More people — fine up to the home's maximum occupancy, with the extra guest charge per night for anyone above base occupancy. Tell us, rather than turning up with four more than we are expecting: the beds and the catering are sized to the number on the booking, and the house has a hard limit we cannot exceed.

Fewer people — tell us too. If dropping below a threshold reduces the price, we refund the difference. And the kitchen would rather not cook for twelve when eight came.

Changing the home

This is a cancellation and a new booking rather than a change, so the cancellation policy applies to the original. If you are considering it, talk to us first — where it is a straight swap on the same dates we can sometimes do better than the policy would suggest.

Fixing details

A name spelling, a phone number, an email, adding a special request, adding meals — send it over, no charge, no fuss. Get the phone number right especially, because it is where your confirmation and trip page go.
