A house with its own rhythm.
We shaped Clifftop View as a simple house for time outdoors and long, easy days by the river. The setting led the way. We kept the plan open to the garden and balcony so light and air move through the cottage, and we built it to be practical for a full group, with four bathrooms and private entry. Being near Kalesar National Park matters here. You feel that edge-of-forest quiet as soon as you arrive in Yamunanagar.
The layout is straightforward and useful. You have the entire cottage to yourselves, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms for up to seven guests. The common areas give you room to spread out, and the garden and balcony become extra living space in the morning and evening. If you are coming as a family, we find it works well to give one room to grandparents or early sleepers, since everyone can keep their own routine without waiting on a shared bath.

The day here has a steady rhythm. Early on, you hear birds first and the house stays cool and quiet. By afternoon, people drift between the indoor sitting spaces, the garden, and the balcony, with a book, board game, or a bit of work on the Wi-Fi if needed. In the evening, the sound changes again and the place settles. It suits guests who want a slower stay, some fresh air, and a base for walks, park visits, or a simple meal cooked together.
We host couples who want privacy, families who need a bathroom for every room, and small groups of friends who want nature without giving up basics like parking, power backup, and a proper kitchen. It also works well for remote workers taking a few quiet days away, and for guests bringing a pet along. If you are looking for a comfortable house near the river where everyone can exhale a little, you will fit in well here.
