What kind of place this is.
We shaped Banyan Luxe as a large single-level farm stay for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. The house sits out in New Delhi with a private entrance, a garden, and a pool at the center of the stay. Inside, we kept the plan practical. Four bedrooms. Four bathrooms. Air-conditioning throughout. A full kitchen, dining table, wardrobes, and outdoor seating that let the day spill from indoors to outdoors without much fuss.
You’ll have the entire villa to yourselves, and the layout is simple to understand from the minute you arrive. All four bedrooms are on one level, which makes it easier for mixed-age groups and anyone who does not want stairs. Each bedroom has storage, room-darkening blinds, and access to a bathroom, so mornings run smoothly even with a full house. The shared spaces do the heavy lifting here: the living area with TV and sound system, the dining setup for long meals, and the kitchen with fridge, microwave, crockery, and cutlery. If you’re choosing rooms, we’d suggest giving the quietest corner rooms to older family members and keeping the rooms nearest the common area for night owls or families with children.
The rhythm here is easy. Mornings start slow in the garden, then move toward the pool before the Delhi heat sets in. Afternoons are for staying indoors with the AC on, board games out, and something simple on the table. By evening, people tend to gather again outside for snacks or dinner in the outdoor dining area, with music on and everyone finally in one place. It suits stays where the plan is not to rush around the city but to settle in, cook, swim, talk, and let the day unfold.
We host big family groups, birthday gatherings, reunion weekends, and friend circles that need space for up to 16 guests. It also works well for small pre-wedding gatherings, low-key celebrations, and work-from-anywhere stays where you want Wi-Fi, privacy, and enough room to spread out. Because it is single-level, it is especially practical for groups with children, grandparents, or guests who prefer easier movement around the house.
