Who You're Booking With

One company, not a marketplace

When you book here, you are booking with Hostizzy. We manage all 39 homes on this site — across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Goa. There is no intermediary between you and whoever is responsible for the house, because that is us.

Which is why a few things on this site look different from a listings platform:

One cancellation policy, not one per host
One fee, 5%, not a guest fee plus a host fee plus extras at checkout
One number to call when something is wrong, staffed by people who can send someone to the house

What we are responsible for

The home being ready and as described. The staff who meet you. The booking, the payment and the invoice. Someone reachable while you are there who can act. If we cannot honour a booking, we move you or refund you in full — see the cancellation policy.

What we are not

We are not an insurer. There is no damage-protection product bundled into your booking, and we do not sell travel insurance. If you want cover for trip cancellation, medical costs or your belongings, buy it separately — and for an expensive trip, consider it, because a cancellation inside three days is non-refundable on our side and an insurer may take a different view of why you cancelled.

We do not hold a security deposit as a rule. A few of the largest homes ask for a refundable one on big group or event bookings, and you are told before you pay.

Booking directly with us

Some of our homes also appear on the OTAs. Booking here is the direct route: same homes, same team, no platform fee stacked on top, Passport discounts apply, and changes are a WhatsApp message rather than a support ticket in someone else's system.
