How Your Payment Is Protected

We never see your card

When you pay, Razorpay — an RBI-authorised payment aggregator — takes over the transaction. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and net-banking password are entered on their side and never reach Hostizzy's servers. We could not leak a card number we do not hold.

Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, which is the highest level in the standard that governs card handling.

What we do hold

Your name, phone number, email, the dates you booked, and a payment reference from Razorpay. That is what a booking needs. Our privacy policy sets out how long we keep it and who can see it.

The site itself

Every page is served over HTTPS. If your browser ever shows a warning on a Hostizzy payment page, stop and tell us — do not pay through it.

How to tell a real Hostizzy payment request

  • The page is on book.hostizzy.com or a Razorpay domain. Check the address bar.
  • We ask for payment against a booking reference you already have.
  • We never ask for a card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP over WhatsApp, on a call, or by email. Not for verification, not to "confirm" a booking, not ever.

If someone asks you for any of those in our name, they are not us. Hang up and call +91 95604 94001.

Refunds go back the way they came

A refund returns to the card, account or UPI handle that paid. We cannot redirect it elsewhere, which is inconvenient once in a while and the right behaviour every time.
