Inviting People to Your Board

Share the link

Open your board and share its link — WhatsApp, email, wherever the group already talks. Anyone who opens it sees the homes you shortlisted with the same prices and the same per-person figures you see.

They do not need an account

Opening a shared board takes no sign-up. That matters when you are trying to get eight people to look at something: one of them will not create an account, and you should not have to chase them.

They will need to sign in if they want to add homes of their own.

Treat the link as semi-public

Anyone with it can open the board. There is no password on it. For a holiday shortlist that is the right trade — but do not put anything on a board you would not want forwarded, and remember a board link travels further than you sent it once it is in a group chat.

Keeping it useful

Remove homes as the group rules them out, rather than leaving fifteen on there. A board with three real candidates gets a decision; a board with fifteen gets scrolling.

Prices move while you decide

The figures on a board are live, so they can change between when you shared it and when someone opens it — and a home can be booked by someone else entirely. Nothing on a board is held. When the group has agreed, book it.

If the group cannot decide

WhatsApp +91 95604 93700 with the board link. Tell us the group size, the dates, the budget and what the disagreement is about, and we will tell you which of your shortlist actually works — we know these houses, including which ones are better with small children, which have a genuinely usable pool in January, and which have a road you do not want to drive after dark.
