Creating Your Account

You do not need an account to book. Checkout takes a name, a phone number and an email, and that is enough. An account is for coming back.

Three ways in

At sign in you can use:

WhatsApp — enter your 10-digit mobile number and we send a one-time code to your WhatsApp. No password to remember.
Google — one tap, no form.
Email and password — if you would rather have one.

Any of the three gets you the same account. If you booked as a guest and later sign in with the same phone number, your past bookings are already there.

What an account gives you

Your bookings — past and upcoming, with references, invoices and balance links
Saved homes — the ones you liked, kept for later
Trip boards — shortlists you can share with the people you are travelling with
Reviews — write up the places you have stayed
Passport — your membership, stamps and rewards, if you have joined

If the code does not arrive

One-time codes go to WhatsApp, not SMS, so the number you enter has to be on WhatsApp. If nothing arrives within a minute, check that the number is right and try again. Still nothing — WhatsApp +91 95604 93700 and we will sort it out from our side.
