Neemrana or Behror — what is the difference?
Neemrana is the nearer of the two coming from Delhi along NH-48; Behror is further on, sleeps eight rather than six, and is the cheaper of the pair. Both sit off the highway rather than on it, which is rather the point of driving out there.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Every nightly rate on this page is all in — the tariff, GST and our 5% booking fee are already inside the number. There is no cleaning fee, no service fee and no pet fee waiting at checkout. Meals, where a house offers them, are quoted separately because they are a separate thing you can say no to.
Is it cheaper on a weekday?
Usually, yes. Most of these houses price Friday and Saturday nights above the rest of the week, and none of them price a weekday higher. If your dates are flexible, shifting a night either side of the weekend is the single easiest way to bring the total down.
What happens if we have to cancel?
Cancel seven or more days before check-in and you get back everything you paid. Between three and seven days it is half. Inside three days the booking is non-refundable. Refunds go to the card or account you paid from and usually land within five to seven working days.
Who actually runs these houses?
We do. Hostizzy manages every home on this page ourselves — the same team handles the listing, the booking and the caretaker on site. That is the practical difference from a listings site: if something is wrong at eleven at night, there is one number to call and it reaches the people who can fix it.
